  1. I work in a homeless persons program in city of kingston’bayside. Would like more info and ideas about how to get our clients involved, i.e is there a cost to go and see the games, can others join in?

  2. HI Kate,

The event is free, there will be 3 pitches: one in Federation Square itself and two in Birrarung Marr, plenty of action between 1-7 December.

The Homeless World Cup is alot of fun to watch, played in a small pitch with each match 15 mins long; in an hour you’ll see many teams from all over the world up close and personal. So bring everyone down!

The Big Issue has Community Street Soccer programs for homeless and long-term unemployed people at Dandenong and Fitzroy, those are the two closest to you.
